The third branch ratified Ng Tai Un of the 11th generation as its branch’s Tai Gong and its members are now in their 30th or 31st generation. After the war, the third branch had only two families who had respectively settled in Nga Tsin Wai and Tung Tau Tsuen. The location of the third branch’s ancestral grave is unknown and clansmen only pay respects to the chief Tai Gong, Ng Shing Tat. The third branch does not have any properties or any ancestral trust but continues to jointly manage the Ng Clan Ancestral Hall and Chi Tak Public School with the eldest, second and fourth branches. Like the other branches, it too has a manager cum representative in Ng Shing Tat Tso.
