The Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo Fair was originally named The Exhibition of Hong Kong Products. It was an annual event aiming at boosting the travel industry, trade and commerce, and promoting knowledge of quality Hong Kong products among the local population. Products sales were also conducted in the fair for public purchase.
