One would be pleased to have a panoramic view of the Walled City on Sung Wong Toi. The sea-facing Walled City was at the foot of the White Crane Hill 400m away from the shore. The structure had the shape of a parallelogram, with a base of 119m in length and 220m in width, making about 26,000 sq. m. The wall was 4.5m thick, its height ranging from 4m to 6m. Six watching towers were erected, and a total of thirty-two cannons were installed on the eastern, southern and western walls, while the northern wall was attached to the White Crane Hill, with two sidewalls linking the City directly with the peak.
