Public graves cemeteries at Kellett Bay of Pok Fu Lam in the 1920s (near Wah Fu Estate). The Public Graves for Typhoon Victims"behind The Memorial Pavilion were built by Tung Wah Hospital and buried a number of victims killed in the 1874 typhoon. The public graves have been moved to the Wo Hop Shek Cemetery.
